Characteristics:
Bonds, Fills, Seals at the same time (even under water). Ideal adhesion
on, metal, steel, copper, brass, cast concrete, aluminium, ceramics,
stone, concrete, wood, glass, rubber and on most manmade materials
(and any combination). Securing, bridging, filling, modelling and
forming, touching up and repairing. After complete hardening the
TURBOBOND Uni-Repair Sealer can be processed mechanically eg. drilling,
sanding, sawing, thread cutting and painting.
Temperature constancy -35°C to +200°C
Shore-strength D87 (like aluminium)
Pressure Firmness 80 N /mm2 (800 bar)
Tensile Strength 30 N /mm2 (300 bar).
Application:
On sinks, toilets, radiators, petrol tanks, oil tanks, water tanks,
gutters, pipes, fittings, flanges, cold and hot water pipes, boilers,
radiators, electrical components, pumps, machines, repairs broken
out threads, models, car body parts, cars, trucks, caravans, boats,
skis, surfboards, windows, doors, frames, broken out door hinges,
tables, chairs, stoneware, ovens, shafts, bearings and containers. |

Instruction:
The surface to be glued must be clean and free from oil or grease.
If necessary roughen surface.
The optimal processing temperature is +20°C, under +20°C
the hardening time is longer, over 20°C shorter.
Cut the quantity needed with a knife, take away the plastic foil
and knead until the two colours are blended into one.
The processing time is about 10-25 minutes. If the surface is wet
or under water press the TURBOBOND Uni-Repair Sealer firmly on to
the surface until hardening begins.
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water immediately after use. |

Hardening Time:
2 hours at 25°C.
Total Hardening Time:
24 hours.
20 minutes at 60°C
5 minutes at 100°C.
Temperature Resistance:
– 35°C to + (shortly) 200°C.
Pressure resistance 80 N/mm2.
Tensile strength 30 N/mm2.
Shore strength 87.
Warning:
Contains resin and amines.
Is likely to provoke irritations with people with sensitive skin
types.
Wash hands immediately with soap and water after use.
In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and
seek a doctor’s advice.
Do not swallow.
Keep out of children’s reach.
Contains epoxy constituents. |
